By accessing or using PBP (Photo Booth AI Prompts) at pbprompts.com ("the Service"), operated by PBP ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PBP provides an AI-powered prompt generation tool designed for photo booth operators. The Service includes a free tier with limited daily prompt generation and a paid Pro subscription with additional features including Reverse Engineer, AI-powered prompt building, and prompt history.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Free Tier: The free tier provides up to 5 prompt generations per day. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.
Pro Subscription: The Pro tier is a monthly subscription at the price listed at the time of purchase. You will be billed monthly through Stripe until you cancel.
Referral Rewards: PBP offers a referral program where users can earn rewards including bonus prompts, exclusive styles, a 24-hour Day Pass (temporary Pro access), and access to exclusive tools. Referral rewards are promotional, non-transferable, and subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Day Passes expire 24 hours after activation and cannot be extended, paused, or stacked. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@capturedcelebrations.com. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and prompt generation system, is owned by PBP and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Prompts: Prompts generated through the Service are yours to use commercially in your photo booth operations without restriction.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or republish prompts generated by the Service as a competing prompt product or service. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the Service's prompt generation system.
Uploaded Images & Reverse Engineering: If you use the Reverse Engineer feature, you represent that you have the right to upload the image you submit. PBP does not claim ownership of any images you upload or prompts you generate. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated prompts does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. AI-generated prompts are creative interpretations and are not guaranteed to be free from intellectual property concerns. PBP is not liable for any claims of infringement arising from your use of uploaded images or recreated prompts.
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence (specifically, the Anthropic Claude API) to generate and analyze photo booth prompts. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of AI-generated prompts, including but not limited to unsatisfactory photo booth results, client complaints, or reputational harm.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results in any particular AI photo booth software, as results depend on the software, settings, and hardware used.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages arising from AI-generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PBP, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of AI-generated prompts in your business operations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
