PBP ("we," "us," or "our") operates PBP (Photo Booth AI Prompts) at pbprompts.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase authentication).
Payment Information: When you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles all payment data under their own Privacy Policy.
Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, features used, and prompt generation counts to improve the Service.
Images (Reverse Engineer): If you use the Reverse Engineer feature, uploaded images are processed temporarily to generate prompts and are not stored permanently on our servers.

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Essential cookies: We use session cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in via Supabase). These are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be declined.
Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns. GA4 sets cookies including _ga, _ga_XXXXXXX, and _gid. These cookies are only activated after you give consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for pbprompts.com.
Behavioral analytics: For logged-in users, we log feature usage events (prompt generations, styles used, software platform) to our own database (Supabase) to improve the Service. This data is tied to your account and is used solely for product improvement. No third-party advertising platforms receive this data.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information.
We respect the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If your browser transmits a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of any data sharing with third-party analytics or advertising partners, to the extent applicable.
PBP uses the Claude API (provided by Anthropic, PBC) to power its AI prompt generation features, including "Reverse Engineer a Prompt" and "Describe Anything." When you use these features, image data or descriptive text you submit is processed by Anthropic's systems to generate a response. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you. If you submit a request to know, delete, or opt out of data sharing, we will acknowledge your request within 15 business days of receipt. We will complete your request within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason within the initial 45-day period.
