The short version: We want you to be happy. If Pro isn't working for you within the first 7 days, we'll refund you — no questions asked. After that, just cancel and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.
Within 7 days of first purchase: If you're not satisfied with the Pro subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.
After 7 days: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You can cancel anytime and you'll retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
Renewal charges: If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we'll refund that month's payment.
Cancellation is instant and self-service — no phone call, no waiting, no questions. You can cancel using any of these methods:
Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues through the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
California residents: Under California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business & Professions Code §17600), you have the right to cancel your subscription online at any time using the Dashboard link above — the same way you enrolled.
Prompt packs purchased through our Etsy store are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, Etsy prompt pack purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us and we'll make it right.
The free tier has no cost, so no refund is applicable. If your free tier experience isn't great, we'd love to hear your feedback so we can improve.
The Day Pass is a 24-hour period of full Pro access earned by referring 3 friends through the PBPrompts referral program. Because Day Passes are awarded at no cost, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Email us at info@capturedcelebrations.com with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
